Real Zaragoza were given a real scare in Czech Republic before defeating Sigma Olomouc 4-2 on aggregate in their Uefa Cup first round tie.
Three goals in the last 13 minutes gave Zaragoza a 3-2 second leg win, despite the Spanish side being two goals down to their Czech opponents.
Martin Hudec gave Sigma a 1-0 half time lead before a David Kobylik penalty seven minutes after the break gave the home side the upper hand.
However, Fernando Soriano brought parity back to the tie for the Spaniards on 77 minutes before Hudec unluckily scored the decisive goal into his own net three minutes later.
Former Bolton Wanderers player Javi Moreno (pictured) made the tie safe with a winning goal on the night, as Zaragoza reached the group stage draw of the competition with the victory.
Sevilla won 4-1 on aggregate with a 2-1 second leg victory over Nacional Madeira. Jesuli scored in the 35th minute before Vieira Adriano equalised for Nacional.
Renato hit the 83rd minute winner for Sevilla.
Athletic Bilbao disposed of Trabzonspor after a 2-0 win at San Mames. Santiago Ezquerro and Francisco Javier Yeste scored for the Basque side in the 4-3 aggregate win.
Villarreal gained an easy path into the next round with a comfortable 3-0 win over Hammarby. Antonio Guayre, Hector Font and Santiago Cazorla got the goals that ensured a 5-1 aggregate win. Click below for match summaries:
