Barcelona goalkeeper Jose Manuel Pinto has signed extended his contract with the reigning Spanish and European champions.
The 36-year-old is number two to Victor Valdes and has only made a total of 11 league appearances since joining from Celta Vigo in January 2008.
However, he insisted he was only too happy to sign the new deal which ties him to the Camp Nou until the summer of 2013.
"It's great to continue with this club," he told Barcelona's official website. "For me, it's the best present.
"I [only] came for six months and I've had a great time. Personally, I've found myself in a dressing room which I like very much.
"It's a very special moment for me that myself and my family are enjoying."
