Andres Iniesta and Thierry Henry look set to be available for the UEFA Champions League final after taking part in light training.
French striker Henry has not played since Barcelona's 6-2 victory over Real Madrid earlier this month due to a knee problem.
Midfielder Iniesta, who scored the decisive away goal against Chelsea in the semi-finals, has been struggling with a thigh injury.
However, both have now recovered and Barca are optimistic they will be fully fit for next Wednesday's clash with Manchester United.
"I am convinced I will arrive in Rome in my best condition to be able to help the team," Iniesta added in a message posted on his personal website.
Right-back Daniel Alves, meanwhile, has been ruled out for the rest of the season after sustaining a foot injury in training.
The Brazilian, who was suspended for the Champions League final, will miss the final two Primera Division games against Osasuna and Deportivo La Coruna.
