Damian Batt has returned to Dagenham on a two-year deal to become the club's third signing in the space of 48 hours.
The 29-year-old right-back left the Daggers in 2004 without making a first-team appearance and has since had spells with a number of clubs, most notably a four-year stint at Oxford. Batt joins goalkeeper Mark Cousins and fellow defender Nathan Green as new additions to Wayne Burnett's squad this week. Burnett told the club's official website: "Damian is a player that I've known for a very long time. He's a good athlete, has a good footballing brain and I think it's a major coup for us getting him. It's another player that will bring in experience."
