Striker signs for £12million
Brazilian striker Ricardo Oliveira has completed his €14million (£12m) move to United Arab Emirates outfit Al-Jazira.
It is reported that the fee will be split between Real Betis and Real Zaragoza after the 29-year-old was co-owned by the two clubs.
Oliveira, who has 11 Brazil caps to his name, has been quoted as stating that the chance to move to the cash-rich Emirati league was an offer he and his family could not refuse.
Al-Jazira is owned by Sheikh Mansur Ben Zayed al-Nahyan, a member of the ruling family in oil-rich Abu Dhabi who is also owner of Premier League side Manchester City.
