Real Madrid midfielder Wesley Sneijder is likely to be out for a month after fracturing a rib in training.
Sneijder suffered the injury on Friday as Real finalised their preparations for the Primera Liga game with Real Betis.
The Spanish champions have confirmed that the Holland international suffered a partial fracture to a rib on his left-hand side.
The injury means that Sneijder will miss both legs of Real's UEFA Champions League last 16 tie with Italian side Roma.
He also joins an injury list at the Bernabeu which contains Pepe, Javier Saviola, Robinho, Gabriel Heinze and Christoph Metzelder.
