Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano has challenged his team-mates to reproduce their UEFA Champions League form in the Primera Liga.
Manolo Jimenez's men outplayed Arsenal on Wednesday evening, securing a 3-1 victory as well as their place in the knock-out stages.
However, Sevilla have stumbled in the league this season - losing seven of their opening 12 games.
And Fabiano has urged the side to pull together so that they can begin climbing up from their mid-table position.
"We played a great game, but now we have to repeat that in the league by winning again and playing with the same motivation that we had for the Champions League match," he told Marca.
"What is important is that we beat Arsenal. The Mallorca game is now in the past and there is now another game, against Almeria, coming along which is also vital.
"The truth is that against the English side everything went very well and you could see what was possible with that added motivation.
"I think we will lift ourselves up the table. The league is very important for us and we have to start winning regularly again.
"If we want to be in the Champions League again next season, then we have to start playing better in the league."
Fabiano also spoke of his current contract situation, insisting that he is focused on his form rather than putting pen-to-paper on an improved deal.
"I have not spoken to anyone yet, but I have a contract here until 2009 and I am calm because I think it will all be sorted out," he added.
"I think that I am in the best form since I came to Sevilla and, probably, in my career. I am delighted and hope to continue playing like this.
"My aim is to have a better season than my last one and, at the moment, that is happening."
