Millwall midfielder Ryan Smith has not broken his jaw as first feared.
It had been thought Smith faced a lengthy spell on the sidelines following a collision with Brighton keeper Michel Kuipers at the weekend.
However, Millwall physio Terry Standring believes the jaw is badly bruised but not broken.
Strandring has confirmed Smith is available for Saturday's game with Walsall, although defender Richard Shaw remains doubtful.
Shaw has only just returned to light training following a knee injury, but is hopeful of featuring against The Saddlers.
