Georges Eo has urged his struggling Nantes side to win their next four games.
Nantes are currently languishing in the bottom three of Ligue 1 and Eo knows his side have to improve after a dismal performance in the 1-1 draw with Paris Saint Germain on Sunday.
"We have to win the next four matches before the winter break," he declared.
"Winning is not possible if we play like we did against PSG."
Meanwhile, Nourdin Boukhari and Aurelien Capoue have voiced their frustration at being left on the sidelines by Eo and hinted they could be looking to leave the club.
Moroccan playmaker Boukhari produced a brilliant performance against Lyon on the first day of the season but has found first-team opportunities limited since, while Capoue cannot understand why he has not been given a regular role after an impressive year last term.
Capoue said: "I began the season as a starting line-up player and now I am with the reserves.
"It is true that I don't like it.
"I have been here for two years and I feel like I have made a huge step backwards."
Boukhari added: "I don't understand why I am out of the team after doing so well against Lyon.
"I have penned a four-year contract here, but if the situation doesn't change we will see."
