The 53-year-old has been asked to explain his comments about referee Clement Turpin after last Sunday's 1-1 draw with Montpellier, in which Mamadou Sakho was sent off after only 10 minutes for a last-man foul on Gaetan Charbonnier.
Replays showed both players pulling each other's shirts and Ancelotti insisted: "Sakho's red card was not merited."
The 30-year-old Turpin also officiated PSG's game against Ajaccio earlier in the season, when he showed a red card to Ezequiel Lavezzi and sent Ancelotti to the stands, and the Italian coach added: "I think there is a problem with Mr Turpin, who has already given (PSG) three red cards. Turpin, he is young and I think he wants to be a protagonist of the game."
Ancelotti joins his club's sporting director Leonardo in being called before the FFF's ethics commission, after the Brazilian accused Turpin of having "ruined" the game and added: "We do not demand anything special, just to have the same treatment as everyone else."
