Paris St Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi will be out of action until the new year after picking up a thigh injury.
The summer signing from St Etienne has made 12 league starts this season, but was substituted in the first half of Sunday's 3-2 home win over Auxerre.
PSG are currently second in Ligue 1 and have three more league matches to play this month before the winter break.
A statement on the club's official website read: "Blaise Matuidi has a left thigh injury, he will be out until the winter break."
