Guy Lacombe is threatening to leave Vikash Dhorasoo out of the Paris Saint Germain starting line-up for the weekend's clash at Nantes.
The former Milan midfielder could be on the bench, along with Jerome Rothen, after failing to hit top form recently.
The home defeat to Le Mans has really angered the PSG coach and he is prepared to make changes.
"We have to be back in a competitive state of mind," said Lacombe in L'Equipe.
"When I came, I took stock and I tried to talk to the players about the club's aims, the team.
"Some are not in a winning state of mind yet.
"We won't only concentrate on Vikash," he asserted.
"Vikash is not PSG. He is just an element among 28 players in the squad.
"There are no special cases with Dhorasoo, Rothen, [Mario] Yepes etc.
"There is a whole group, and we lost against Le Mans.
"There is a kind of weakness on the mental level inside the team. I hope they will accept the challenge to their pride."
