Le Mans have acquired Parma defender Ibrahima Sory Camara on a season-long loan.

The Guinea stopper has yet to establish himself at Ennio Tardini and has been allowed to move to France for a year.

He made his debut for Parma in September 2004, but featured only a handful of times last season and was set for a similarly peripheral role in the new campaign.

But he now has the chance of regular playing time after being added to Le Mans' Guinea contingent, with Ismael Bangoura and Kemoko Toure also on the books.

The left back has linked up with his new team-mates at the club's training camp in Megeve and will look to make an impact in Ligue 1.

Meanwhile, Le Mans chairman Henri Legarda now claims highly-rated goalkeeper Yohann Pele will stay at the club.
