Willem II have handed a trial to French defender Marko Muslin, while Iwan Redan has travelled to Spain to try his luck with Numancia and Jatto Ceesay has joined AEK Larnaca.

Muslin has been deemed surplus to requirements at Monaco and will look to make a positive impression on Kees Zwamborn over the next few days.

The 20-year-old could take the place of Redan in the Willem II squad, as the striker is looking to win a move to Spain.

The 25-year-old has no future at Willem II and has been trawling Europe in search of a new home, having had unsuccessful trials at Ipswich Town, Preston North End and Sheffield Wednesday.

Having failed to impress in England, he will hope for better luck at the Segunda Liga side.

Ceesay is another player on his way out of Tilburg, with the forward securing a move to Cypriot side AEK Larnaca.

Ceesay had a trial with Larnaca earlier in the month, but a deal appeared to flounder as they could not strike a deal with Willem II.

This prompted Ceesay to head to Maccabi Tel Aviv for a trial, but the move pressed Larnaca into action and they thrashed out a deal with Willem II.

This allowed Ceesay to discuss terms with Larnaca and he quickly concurred on an 18-month contract.
