St Etienne starlet Kurt Zouma admits the club will decide his future, amid claims that Russian giants Anzhi Makhachkala are set to finalise a deal.
Anzhi, who are also bidding for Anderlecht's Cheikhou Kouyate, are said to be heading the chase for Zouma - who is also being strongly linked with a move to England where Liverpool are said to be very keen.
It has seemed like 18-year-old Zouma might remain in France, but Anzhi are widely reported to have stepped in with an offer.
Zouma says it is up to St Etienne, he told Sky Sports: "I have a contract with St Etienne, so they do have a big say on my future.
"It is true there are interest from various clubs but St Etienne are in the driving seat."
Zouma signed a long-term contract extension with Les Verts earlier this year, but it is believed Anzhi are bidding €10million.
Anzhi have also made a €10million offer for Anderlecht stopper Cheikhou Kouyate.
"We've contacted Anzhi officials and they offered very good conditions," the 23-year old's agent Tedir Bekir revealed.
However, like Zouma - Kouyate is believed to be looking towards England.
"For my client the sporting factor is more important than the financial. Our priority to find an English team but I'm not sure they would pay such a high fee for the player so we shouldn't rule out any possibilities," said Bekir.
