Midfielder not seeking move

Jeremy Clement insists he is settled at Paris St Germain and has no desire to leave. The 23-year-old midfielder was thought to be unhappy at the recent arrival of France legend Claude Makelele from Chelsea. He feared that his first-team opportunities would be limited as a result, and he would be better served seeking a move elsewhere. However, the former Rangers man has now appears to have gone back on that thinking, stating his belief that he can form a successful partnership alongside his new team-mate.

Improve

"I thought about leaving," Clement admitted. "But I met with team officials and my team-mates, and the fans wanted me to stay. That pleased me. "I am always keen to improve, and Claude Makelele can help me a lot."
