St Etienne aim to strengthen

St Etienne have reportedly set their sights on Czech striker Tomas Jun.

St Etienne have set their sights on striker Tomas Jun, according to reports in the South of France.

The 23-year-old struggled to make an impression at Besiktas last season and is believed to be keen on a move to France.

St Etienne coach Ivan Hasek is determined to build on his side's strong start to Ligue 1 and could decide to pounce for his Czech countryman in the January transfer window.

Russian sources also link CSKA Moscow star Vagner Love with St Etienne.

Les Verts may opt to move for him if CSKA do not qualify for the knock-out stages of the UEFA Champions League.

Greek international Traianos Dellas is in a similar position to Love, as he could attract St Etienne's attention if AEK Athens fail to progress in Europe.

Brazilian duo Edu Dracena and Edgar are other potential targets for Hasek.

Dracena is unsettled at Fenerbahce, while Sao Paulo starlet Edgar has caught the eye of St Etienne scouts.
