Wolfsburg manager Felix Magath insists Roma have not made an approach for defender Simon Kjaer.
The former Palermo man has been linked with a loan return to Italy, with Roma reportedly keen to then agree a £7.5million permanent deal next summer.
But Denmark international Kjaer, who only joined Wolfsburg in July 2010, is under contract with his current club for another three years.
And Magath has no intention of allowing his star centre-back to leave before the end of his deal.
Magath told Sportinformationsdienst: "Simon Kjaer is under contract at our club and I have heard nothing from Roma about them wanting to sign the player.
"Kjaer is contracted to us until June 2014."
