Sochaux president Laurent Pernet insists the club have received no offers for their attacking midfielder Ryad Boudebouz.
The Algerian international, who has a year left on his contract, has been linked with a switch to Premier League outfit Southampton this summer.
According to reports in France, Saints boss Mauricio Pochettino is keen on bringing the 23-year old to St Mary's.
But Pernet says there have been no bids for the player, who is rated in the region of £5million.
"We had a lot of contacts but not a single concrete offer for the player," he told French newspaper L'Equipe.
"Ryad is dreaming of playing at a great club one day, but nobody has made a move for him."
