Turkish international Mevlut Erdinc is confident he will soon complete his move to Paris St Germain.
PSG have made their move for the 22-year-old Sochaux striker, who has hit double figures in his last two seasons.
The two clubs have yet to agree terms, but Mevlut admits he is looking forward to moving to the capital.
"Sochaux are trying to get a good deal so it's normal it's taking time," he said.
"I know the two clubs will reach an agreement.
"One thing is sure in my head and that's that I will join PSG and I'll be there in time for the start of pre-season training on July 3.
"I've always loved PSG and I've wanted to play there for a long time.
"One thing really made a difference. The day after the last round of games of the season, Antoine Kombouare called me to ask whether the lack of a place in the Europa League was a handicap.
"I replied no, and said that a reason for me coming was to help the team qualify. I've got the proof I need that the coach wants me."
