No bid for Le Havre starlet

Le Havre starlet Jean-Armel Kana-Biyik has told skysports.com that he is flattered by reports linking him with Everton. But the young defender - son of former Cameroon international Andre Kana-Biyik - insists he has not agreed any move to Goodison Park. Reports in England had claimed that the Toffees had agreed a deal to sign the 19-year-old. However, Kana-Biyik admits this is not the case and is happy to leave his future in the hands of his current club. "I am calm about the links to Everton, they are a great club, and it is appealing when you hear about them wanting you," he told skysports.com. "But I have a three-year contract with Le Havre. If they agree with Le Havre, I will join them, but it is in the hands of Le Havre. So let's wait and see." Everton are known to have kept tabs on Kana-Biyik during the recent Toulon tournament, where he helped France reach the final, which they lost to Chile. West Ham have also been credited with an interest in Kana-Biyik.
