Rennes striker Alexander Frei has refused to comment on speculation.
Rennes striker Alexander Frei has refused to comment on mounting speculation that he will move to Borussia Dortmund in the winter transfer window.
The Switzerland international should be on a high after helping steer his side through a hostile confrontation with Turkey in the World Cup play-offs.
However, there are reports that Frei has been seriously affected and shocked by the violent events in Istanbul.
After being top scorer in Le Championnat last term, he has endured a difficult opening to the 2005/2006 campaign but has attracted interest from Germany.
"I will talk about it in time," he asserted. "When Pierre Dreossi, the Rennes general manager, will tell me: 'We have received an offer'.
"I will not talk before."
Frei was banned by Uefa during 2004 for a spitting incident during the defeat to England.
