Dupont is building a squad that can prove competitive in the Uefa Cup, and Quint's move to Nantes has left a vacant spot for a new player.
"The substitute for Olivier Quint could be arriving before the end of the week," said Dupont.
Fulham loan-star Fabrice Fernandes and Monaco's Nicolas Bonnal are both rumoured to have been targeted.
