PSG coach Vahid Halilhodzic has revealed the offer has been submitted, but, as yet, terms with the player have not been agreed.
The capital club face competition from Marseille for the Sochaux ace, however l'OM are believed to favour a loan deal for the 22-year-old.
"We've sent a concrete offer to Sochaux, but we still have to come to an agreement with the player," said Halilhodzic.
"I hope to finalise this transfer over the weekend."
The Parc des Princes outfit have been busy in the transfer market this summer, after signing Pauleta with superstar Ronaldinho constantly linked with a move away from the club.
