This has come as a huge blow to the club, in the wake of the Monaco financial scandal, which has seen the Principality club relegated to the French Second Division.
The ban has been imposed due to financial trouble at the club but the OGCN officials will appeal against the decision.
The transfers of Yoann Bigne (pictured) and Christophe Meslin may now come into question as the two players have recently been signed for é¼470,000 and é¼345,000 respectively.
This may be too much money for the committee, who will also halt the talks between Nice and Marseille about the possible transfer of Damien Gregorini and Jacques Abardonado.
