RENNES goalkeeper Bernard Lama could still move to Marseille despite his agent's denial, as the club try to solve the keeper problems.

Former Paris Saint Germain keeper Lama has had a poor relationship with L'OM fans due to his association with the capital club but, following Rennes signing a new keeper, reports suggests a move could be moving closer to completion.

Standard Liege keeper Vadran Runje will not be arriving at the Stade Velodrome due to his wage demands and both keepers on the books are set to leave, which would leave the club desperately short of goalkeeping cover.

Former number one choice Stephane Trevisan has been linked with a move to newly-promoted Lorient, and could be joined by number two Damien Gregorini.

Rennes will be prepared to let former French number one Lama leave the club after signing Bastia number one Eric Durand.

The 35-year-old has signed a two-year deal with the club.
