Fernando Cavenaghi has declared himself ready for a place in the Bordeaux starting line-up.
The Argentine striker joined Bordeaux from Spartak Moscow in January but has so far made only two appearances as a substitute.
He has been largely out of action for the past three months but insists he has been working hard in training to get himself into peak condition.
"I feel I am ready for every match," Cavenaghi told the club's official website.
"I need it because I haven't played for three months and I really have to get back on the pitch.
"Ricardo will make his choices and will tell me on match day if he thinks it is not yet the right moment.
"Whatever happens, I always respect the coach's decisions, but I am waiting.
"I would love to play for the fans."
