Bordeaux have signed young Argentinian striker Cristian Peruchini.
The 21-year-old has agreed a two-and-a-half year deal with Les Girondins and joins from San Francisco de Cordoba.
Bordeaux have used their partnership with the South American club to land Peruchini.
Meanwhile, Bordeaux are set to allow strikers Jean-Claude Darcheville (pictured) and Lilian Laslandes to leave the club during the January transfer window.
Laslandes has agreed a move to former club Nice, although a fee is still to be agreed, while Levante and Nantes are interested in Darcheville, whose contract expires in the summer.
However, despite not being in coach Ricardo's plans for the future, neither player is likely to be allowed to leave on the cheap.
With Laslandes and Darcheville set to leave, Ricardo is on the search for possible additions to his Bordeaux squad.
Toulouse's Tunisia international Francileudo Santos and Belgium international Emile Mpenza are both reported targets of the French club.
