Lens are closing on the signing of Paris Saint Germain striker Bonaventure Kalou.
The Ivory Coast international is likely to leave the Parc des Princes this summer, despite having two years left to run on his deal.
Guy Roux is an admirer of Kalou and has revealed Lens are moving towards reaching an agreement with PSG.
"There is an improvement in the negotiations, but it is not complete," Roux revealed in L'Equipe.
"Kalou is convinced, but there are still a few details to sort out at Paris. His heart and mind are already here."
Meanwhile, Lens striker Daniel Cousin is desperate to leave the Stade Felix-Bollaert after becoming the target of angry fans.
Cousin told La Voix du Nord: "My car has been broken into at home during the night. A window of my house was broken before the Toulouse match.
"I have kids at home and they are asking questions.
"At La Gaillette (Lens' training ground) a youngster broke my rear-view mirror.
"On a sporting matter, I am not scared to stay. But around that, I feel that it can happen again."
