Lyon midfielder Alou Diarra is back from injury and raring to face Roma in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.
The France international has been sidelined for the last two months but could return to the starting line-up at the Stade Gerland.
After a goalless draw in Italy, Diarra hopes Gerard Houllier's side can prove their home supremacy in the second leg of their last 16 tie.
"I am fit and ready for this match, I feel competitive. If I am chosen, I am okay. I would love to help my team-mates," Diarra told But.
"I feel fresh. I played 30 minutes at St Etienne (on Saturday), it went alright, although I am conscious that 90 minutes in the Champions League will be harder.
"We will have to score and not concede a goal, it will be difficult. Patience and realism are required.
"I hope that we will win all the competitions this season, we have the potential to do it."
