Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored his second Ligue 1 hat-trick of the season as Paris Saint-Germain restored their five-point lead at the top of the table with a 4-2 win at Toulouse.

The pressure was on for the visitors after Monaco won on Friday night to cut PSG's lead to two points but, largely thanks to their talismanic striker, Laurent Blanc's team refused to fold.

Ibrahimovic's treble and a solitary strike from Ezequiel Lavezzi was enough to claim all three points, although Toulouse played their part with Wissam Ben Yedder finding the net either side of half-time to make it a less than straightforward afternoon for the Parisians.

Elsewhere, Lille fell further adrift of the Ligue 1's top two after they were held to a goalless draw by Lyon at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy.

Paul-Georges Ntep scored his first Ligue 1 goal as Rennes claimed their first win on the road since October with a 3-0 win at Nantes.

Ntep, a January signing from Auxerre, needed just 16 minutes to fire the visitors into an early lead while team mate Anders Konradsen also grabbed his first goal for the Brittany club before Ola Toivonen added a third at the end.
