Bordeaux chairman Jean-Louis Triaud has stated that he is not keen on re-signing defender Benoit Tremoulinas this month.
The 28-year-old full-back left the French club to join Dynamo Kiev last summer, but has struggled to play regularly for the Ukrainian giants so far this season.
Triaud claims that the France international's agent has talked to him about taking the left-back on loan for the rest of the campaign, but admits that Bordeaux cannot afford his wages.
"There was contact," he told L'Equipe. "Tremoulinas' agent called us to say: 'Benoit doesn't play a lot at Kiev, maybe a loan deal is possible'.
"He joined Kiev with a better wage package, so I don't see how it can be possible on a financial level.
"I told his agent: 'Come back with something concrete and we will see'."
