Montpellier playmaker Younes Belhanda has confirmed that he wishes to leave France this summer.
The Moroccan has scored ten league goals in 30 games this season, but now wishes to broaden his horizons by moving abroad after spending his formative years in France.
Belhanda was close to joining Fenerbache in the January transfer window, and has hinted that a move to Turkey could still interest him, although he would prefer a more high-profile division.
"I want to play in a competitive league," Belhanda said.
"Either in Germany, Spain, England or Italy. A top four side in those leagues would appeal to me.
"The Turkish league is not bad because there is an improvement there with good players at the moment.
"We will see at the end of the season."
