Nice midfielder Eric Bautheac is set to snub reported interest from Newcastle and Marseille in order to stay with the club next season.
The 25-year-old has scored seven goals in 31 Ligue 1 appearances this season to help his side to sixth place, still on the fringes of the battle for Europa League qualification.
That has seen him linked with a number of high-profile European clubs, with Serie A side Lazio another reported to be monitoring his progress, but he is determined to remain loyal to his current employers.
In a webchat on lequipe.fr, he said: "Of course it's flattering when a club like Newcastle, OM or Lazio are following me, but I signed a three-year contract with Nice.
"I really want to experience the new stadium so I will do all I can to still be here next season. But we will have to see what the directors want."
Nice are due to move into their new home, L'Allianz Riviera, in September, a few weeks after the start of next season. The stadium will also be one of the venues when France hosts Euro 2016.
