Marseille midfielder Florian Raspentino is looking forward to playing regular first-team football after completing a six-month loan move to Brest.

The 23-year-old has played just 28 minutes in Ligue 1 this season and on Tuesday opted to rejoin his former Nantes manager Landry Chauvin at the Stade Francis Le Ble.

The move does not contain an option for a permanent move and Raspentino is simply hoping to get back out on the field with Ligue 1's 14th-placed club.

"I need to play as much as possible," he told L'Equipe. "I have not had a lot of chances this season.

"I am delighted to rejoin Landry Chauvin, who I knew at Nantes. He knows me well too but that does not mean my starting place is assured."
