Marseille midfielder Stephane M'Bia is facing a fine after arriving back late for pre-season training.
The 24-year-old Cameroon international was three days late to the French side's training camp after appearing for his country in this summer's World Cup in South Africa.
However, L'OM president Jean-Claude Dassier insists the matter is already in the past and forgotten about.
"We had a friendly discussion," Dassier said. "He gave me the reason for his delay and apologised.
"He will be fined. The page has now been turned."
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Souleymane Diawara will be sidelined for between four and six weeks with a muscular injury suffered in Wednesday's Trophee des Champions clash with Paris Saint Germain.
