Toulouse midfielder Etienne Capoue has admitted he is 'flattered' to be linked with a move to Lazio.
The Italian side have reportedly been tracking the 21-year-old for several months and are considering whether to step up their pursuit.
Everton have also been linked with Capoue but he insists he is not paying too much attention to the transfer talk.
The Frenchman has a long-term deal with Toulouse and is happy for the club to have the final say on his future.
"I am flattered by the interest," Capoue told skysports.com.
"However my contract expires in 2013 so Toulouse are going to decide about my transfer."
