Midfielder reveals his frustration at a lack of opportunities
Portsmouth midfielder Arnold Mvuemba admits he could be tempted to leave the club during the transfer window.
The Frenchman struggled to hold down a regular first-team spot at Pompey last season following a summer switch from Rennes.
He has now spoken of his frustration at finding himself on the fringes at Fratton Park.
The 24-year-old is currently taking a break at the end of the 2008/09 campaign, but has revealed that he will weigh up his options when he returns for pre-season training.
"My future is quite uncertain at the moment," Mvuemba told
Aujourd'hui Sport.
"I have no idea what will happen in the next few weeks. I just want to have a break before thinking about my future.
"In England, I didn't get the minutes on the pitch that were promised to me on my arrival.
"That is part of the job, but I want to take stock with my agent and with my club."
Transfer
Meanwhile, Mali international Djimi Traore is reported to be in talks with Ligue 1 outfit Monaco.
The former Liverpool full-back is believed to be on the verge of penning a three-year deal with the French club, with Pompey prepared to let him leave on a free transfer.
"I am in Monaco, that is true, however I can't say anything about a transfer," Traore told
skysports.com.
"I will return to France this summer, I am 29 years old and I need to be playing regularly.
"I had a decent time away from France and won some trophies, with the highlight being winning the Champions League with Liverpool (in 2005)."
