Ludovic Giuly has slammed the instability which is threatening to undermine Paris St Germain's season.
The capital club have rarely enjoyed an uneventful season in recent years, with issues off the field continuing to dominate the headlines.
The distractions have done little to help matters on the field, although this season has seen the club rejoin the title race.
They also remain on course to taste Uefa Cup glory this term, but have once again been rocked by goings on in the boardroom.
Chairman Charles Villeneuve, the man responsible for persuading a number of the club's top stars to move to Parc des Princes, has stepped down and veteran forward Giuly believes his departure could prove costly to PSG's long-term future.
"I came to Paris to help build something with Charles Villeneuve and Mr (deputy chairman Sebastien) Bazin," the former France international told
RMC.
"Charles has left, we don't know if the coach (Paul Le Guen) will stay, and some of the players will reach the end of their contracts in the summer.
"There are now questions about the end of the season and what the coming years will hold.
"It is up to the club to resolve these issues because we can't go on this way.
"I think I will meet with Mr Bazin next month to have a talk and see what he wants to do. We have to act quickly because the season is almost over."

Giuly is not the only man enduring a difficult season at PSG, with Serbian striker Mateja Kezman also experiencing a tough time.
The former Chelsea man admits his time in France has not gone entirely to plan, having joined on a season-long loan from Fenerbahce, but insists that he would welcome the opportunity to pen a permanent deal with the club in the summer.
"I respect Paul (Le Guen), but we don't really understand each other," Kezman told
Aujourd'hui Sport.
"He has not understood what I can bring. It is a shame. But he still has time to give me the opportunities to show what I can do.
"Will I stay at PSG next season? I think so. I am almost certain.
"I hope next season to explode and to become the club's best new signing in the 2009/10 campaign."
