Young stiker happy to stay at the club he loves

Paris Saint Germain have agreed a deal with Loris Arnaud which will keep him at the club until 2010. The young striker has established himself within the first-team squad at the Parc des Princes this season and has made 17 appearances in all competitions for the Ligue 1 side so far. He progressed through the club's youth academy, and despite only agreeing a new deal at the start of the current campaign, he has now made the decision to dedicate his long-term future to Paul Le Guen's side.

Impressive start

"I signed a one-year contract at the start of the season," Arnaud told the club's official website. "But the coach is happy with the way I have started in professional football and as a result I have prolonged that deal by a further two-and-a-half years. "To me, it is very important to make a name for myself at the club I love. "I will try my best to achieve great things here and I want to stay for as long as possible."
