Lyon's Kim Kallstrom says he is brimming with confidence despite his side's miserable form in the UEFA Champions League.
The French champions have lost both their opening matches 3-0 against Barcelona and Rangers and sit bottom of Group E.
But Kallstrom says his own form has been good due to an extended run in the side.
"I played in three matches this week and have gained a lot of confidence," the Swedish international told Sportsbladet.
"I have become more experienced and smarter in my play and I am also moving much better."
The 25-year-old also headed home in his side's 3-1 Ligue 1 win against Bordeaux on Saturday, as Lyon maintained top spot in the table.
He added: "The Bordeaux defence forgot me. I was completely unmarked when the free-kick was taken."
