Guinea international Kaba Diawara has confirmed that he is in talks with newly promoted French side Metz.
The 31-year-old forward is currently contracted to Turkish outfit Gaziantepspor, but could leave on a free transfer.
Metz coach Francis De Taddeo is keen to address his side's frailties in front of goal, following just one goal in seven games.
Diawara, who has played for 13 clubs during his career, confirmed that talks are ongoing.
"I'm smack in the middle of negotiations," Diawara revealed.
