St Mirren have completed the signing of promising midfielder Graeme McGregor on a deal that will run until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old has been drafted into the Buddies' squad after impressing during a trial spell.
He figured in a game for St Mirren's U20 side against Hibernian a fortnight ago and offered enough in that encounter to earn himself a full-time contract.
The youngster is a product of the youth systems at Falkirk and Bolton and spent the second half of last season picking up useful experience during a loan spell at Hamilton.
McGregor was released by the Trotters in June, dropping him into a congested free agent pool.
He has, however, been able to land himself a deal and will be hoping to impress during his time with the Saints.
He has represented Scotland at U16, U17 and U19 levels, suggesting he has plenty of potential to unlock.
