Inverness Caley will have Greg Tansey and Marley Watkins available for Sunday's League Cup final against Aberdeen.
The Caley Thistle midfielders were both given straight red cards during the 5-0 reverse to Dundee United in the Scottish Cup quarter-final.
Tansey was dismissed after 44 minutes after going over the ball when challenging Paul Paton shortly after United's third goal.
Watkins walked on 72 minutes when he slid into a tackle on the same player with his studs showing.
Both offences incur a two-match ban. The first of those is the next match - in this case Wednesday's Scottish Premiership clash with Hibernian.
The second of the two matches is competition-specific - meaning they will miss Caley Thistle's first Scottish Cup match next season.
The club has confirmed that they will not be appealing against either dismissal.
Had they confirmed, the appeal would have been heard on Thursday, and the first match of the two-match ban would have been the League Cup final.
