Watford have confirmed defender Tom Aldred has joined Inverness on loan.
As revealed by skysports.com earlier this week the 20-year-old has agreed a six-month deal with the SPL side.
The youngster becomes Caley Thistle boss Terry Butcher's third signing of the summer following the captures of Greg Tansey and Gregory Tade.
Aldred arrived at Vicarage Road a year ago from Carlisle United but he has yet to feature in the first team.
He also had a spell on loan at Stockport last season, where he made seven appearances.
