Two-year deal for defender
Macclesfield left-back Carl Tremarco has become the latest player to commit to the club after signing a new two-year deal.
The defender joined the Silkmen from Wrexham last summer and immediately impressed until a groin injury reduced him to the sidelines in January.
He is now approaching full fitness again and said: "I didn't have any thoughts of leaving in my mind and I was very pleased when I was offered the deal."
The 24-year-old began his career at Tranmere in 2003 and he spent five years at Prenton Park.
Tremarco went on to join Wrexham and took in a loan spell at Darlington before joining Macclesfield.
