Norwich have signed highly-rated Falkirk midfielder Conor McGrandles for an undisclosed fee.

The 18-year-old, who has agreed a three-year contract, with an option for a further 12 months, is reunited with City first-team coach Gary Holt, who had a spell as Falkirk manager.

McGrandles has made 82 senior appearances for the Bairns since his professional debut at the age of just 16 in 2012.

He told the club's official website: "It feels brilliant to be here, a dream come true really. I never expected it to happen so quick but I'm just really delighted to be here.

"I know Gary Holt through our time at Falkirk and he was a big factor in me coming here. He told me all about the place and sold it really well."

City boss Neil Adams added: "Conor comes highly recommended by Gary after his time there as manager.
