Hibernian manager Pat Fenlon felt his team lacked creativity throughout the 1-0 defeat by Ross County.
The visitors followed Sunday's 0-0 draw at Aberdeen with another under-par performance in the Highlands.
And a bad night was made worse when Hibs old boy Ivan Sproule netted the only goal of the match.
Fenlon said: "We did all right in the first half, there was nothing in the game. We had enough of the ball but we didn't create enough chances.
"You're concerned when you are not scoring goals - we gave one chance away and we lost the game.
"There was very little in it. We didn't have that sharpness or cutting edge tonight when we needed to create more chances.
"We had a lot of forward players on the pitch. We should have been able to do it."
