Hibernian have announced the signing of goalkeeper Mark Brown from SPL rivals Celtic.
Brown, who had a spell on loan at Kilmarnock earlier this season, has signed a two-and-a-half-year deal at Easter Road after being released by Celtic.
Brown will now fight it out with Graeme Smith, Graham Stack and Yves Ma-Kalambay for the Hibs number one spot and his arrival will cast doubts over the futures of the latter pair.
Hibs boss John Hughes was delighted to bring Brown to Edinburgh.
"We have signed Mark Brown from Celtic. He is a guy that, once again, has got the best years in front of him," said Hughes.
"I'm absolutely delighted to get him, the experience of being at Celtic will have helped him. I think I'm bringing in a real top-class 'keeper.
"The goalkeeping position has caused me concern, but they can all now go and fight for the jersey."
