DUNDEE thumped Hibernian 3-0 at Dens Park to move within two points of their SPL rivals.
Gavin Rae (pictured) opened the scoring for the hosts on nine minutes, but despite dominating for long periods Jim Duffy's men were made to wait to clinch their victory.
It was not until four minutes from time that Steven Milne added a second for The Dark Blues.
Ian Murray compounded Hibs' misery by putting through his own net in injury time.
The result does not affect either side's placing, with Dundee remaining seventh, and Hibs sixth.
